koya9 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and koya9 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the koya9 online gaming platform available at koya9.club. These Terms apply to all services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting, slot games, crash games, fish shooting games, and all associated promotional and bonus programmes.

By registering an account on koya9, accessing any game, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account.

1. Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use the koya9 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. koya9 strictly prohibits any person under the age of 21 from registering or placing real-money bets on the Platform.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming platforms is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local laws.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Any false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of koya9, or an immediate family member of such a person, when playing for real money.

koya9 reserves the right to request age verification documents from any player at any time. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately, any winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source where technically feasible.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

koya9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests exclusively through authorised payment channels. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms.

Deposit Rules

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the koya9 platform:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. koya9 does not charge processing fees on deposits, but your mobile money provider (e.g. bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside koya9's control.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. koya9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where the primary account holder is not the registered koya9 player, or anonymous payment sources.
• koya9 reserves the right to return any deposit and close an associated account if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or unauthorised payment activity.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to a specific payment reference may be delayed or returned. Always ensure you follow the deposit instructions provided in your koya9 account dashboard.

Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests submitted through the koya9 platform:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the original deposit. koya9 does not process withdrawals to a different mobile wallet, bank account, or person under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be delayed if pending KYC verification has not been completed, if a bonus wagering requirement has not been fulfilled, or if the account is under investigation for any reason.
• koya9 does not guarantee specific processing times for withdrawals. Processing times may vary depending on the payment channel, volume of requests, and any compliance checks required. Players should contact koya9 support if a withdrawal has not been received within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games offered on the koya9 platform are subject to the rules of the individual game as determined by the game provider. koya9 sources its games exclusively from certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi and others. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money bets.

Disputed Game Results

In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system fault during a game round, koya9 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly based on the game state recorded on the server at the time of the fault. The server log is the definitive record of all game outcomes. In cases where a game result cannot be determined due to a technical fault, the bet amount will be returned to the player's wallet as a void bet. koya9 will not be liable for winnings that were not achieved due to a technical fault beyond its reasonable control.

Sports Betting Rules

The following additional rules apply to all sports betting markets available on koya9, including cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports:

• Bets are confirmed only once they have been accepted by the koya9 system and a confirmation reference is generated. A bet that has not received a system confirmation is not a valid bet.
• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed; if the odds change between the time a player initiates a bet and the time the system confirms it, the confirmed odds will apply.
• koya9 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement, or where there is evidence that the bet was placed using insider information or as part of a match-fixing scheme.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

koya9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or prohibited activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; inactivity for an extended period (as defined in the Platform's account management policy); or upon the player's own written request to close their account.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your koya9 wallet (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no prohibited conduct investigation is pending. Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the koya9 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of koya9 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of koya9.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute between a player and koya9 arising from the use of the Platform or these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith direct communication via the koya9 support email address shown in the footer of this website. koya9 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute communications within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree that the applicable legal process and jurisdiction shall apply as determined by the laws governing the Platform's operations.
